As soon as you place your order, orders are process and ship within 24 hours of any business day. Weekend orders are shipped Monday Mornings.

How long does it take to get my order?

All in-stock items generally take 3-5 business days to be received.

What is the returns and exchange policy?

We want you to love your jewelry item. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact officialzjewels@outlook.com for return instructions. Item must be in its' original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping cost.

What is the process if I receive a damaged Item?

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is only collected for items shipped to Texas, other states do not apply.
